Refund policy

  1. We at Herbenics care about your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it under the following terms:
  2. Return Window – Products can be returned within 10 days of delivery. 
  3. Condition – Products must be in resalable condition, unused, unopened, and not damaged. 
  4. Packaging – Original packaging, seal, and invoice must be intact. 
  5. Non-Returnable – Opened consumables, used products, or items without packaging/invoice cannot be returned.
  6. Refund/Replacement – After inspection, refund/replacement will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
     
  7. Process – Contact Herbenics Customer Care within 10 days with your order details. Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
